Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
On 17 September 2014, the Board of Directors of JSC TransContainer (TRCN) (the "Company") resolved to convene an
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") to be held in Moscow, 19 Oruzheyniy pereulok, at 11.00 am
(Moscow Time) on 5 November 2014.
The EGM agenda comprises the following:
1) Approval of the new version of Articles of Association of the Company.
2) Approval of the Bylaw "On the Management Board" of the Company.
3) Approval of the Bylaw "On the General Director" of the Company.
4) Approval of related-party transactions.
The Company's proposed amendments and supplements to the Articles of Association of TransContainer, and other
relevant information for the EGM will be available for shareholders at www.trcont.ru from 6 October 2014.
