A total dividend of RUB 986 million, or RUB 70.96 per ordinary share, is to be distributed to shareholders. One TransContainer ordinary share corresponds to ten GDRs.
Shareholders registered at the record date of 10 July 2015 will be entitled to receive a dividend payment.
