Private placement of 15% of shares of JSC TransContainer, a pilot transaction within stage three of the railway transportation reform, was prepared and conducted. In February of 2008 the structure of the shareholder capital of the Company was changed.

Transportation industry prize was awarded to the Company

The Company obtained the National prize of the transportation industry of Russia "Golden Chariot" in the nomination of "Project of the year". The prize was awarded for contribution to the development of transportation services.
